after the farmer's market

Tonight, I’ll be acting as a  food blogger—posting picture-by-picture tonight’s dinner preparation.  My husband will be my photographer and taster. 

Ingredients tonight include:

local patty-pan squash

local homemade spinach and red pepper pasta

shrimp

tomatoes I slow-roasted the other night

green Vidalia onions

herbs from our porch, as needed.

Matthew just said, “you’re doing this?  what?” 

I really want to make a lemon tart, too…but I think he’s gonna ban that.  Maybe I’ll sneak around and make it anyway…
