Finished tutoring for the day, completed errands (grocery, Blockbuster) on my bike, and getting ready to eat some lunch.

By then, my bread dough will be finished rising, and I’ll be ready to give it a little knead and pop it in loaf pans.  I’m making an extra batch (that’s six loaves!) to take up to Greenville.

Nothing’s better than toast or a good sandwich made with homemade bread.
